Heating & Storage
Do I leave the container lid on when heating the food?
Yes. Most meals reheat within 2–3 minutes. You may leave the lid on and vent slightly if needed.
How should the food be stored?
Meals should be refrigerated promptly and stored at or below 40°F.
How long does the food last?
When stored properly, meals are best enjoyed within 3–5 days.
Can the food be frozen?
Yes. Meals can be frozen for up to 4 weeks in a freezer-safe container or sealed bag.

Are there vegetarian or plant-forward options?
Yes. Many African dishes are naturally plant-forward, featuring vegetables, beans, and grains.
Are menu items vegan?
Yes. We offer vegan options.

Yes. Our menu items are gluten-free.
Will food be picked up frozen or fresh?
Food will be picked up fresh. It can be frozen by the customer for longevity.
Are ingredients organic?
Some ingredients are organic, though not all are certified. We prioritize freshness, quality, and responsible sourcing.
Ordering
When is the order cutoff?
Orders can be submitted until Friday at 11:59 PM for Sunday pickup, or Sunday at 11:59 PM for Tuesday pickup.

Pickup is available at the FUFU n’ SAUCE – Page Avenue location:

When do you deliver?
We deliver every Sunday and Tuesday between 3-7pm.
